Description of Facility: biomass-cogeneration plant consisting of a thermo-oil vessel 5.000 kW incl. ORC- turbo generator

Objective:
- district heat supply of the city of Admont as well as power generation and energetic recovery into the public mains
Scope of Works: complete planning and engineering of EI&C equipment for the fully automatic control and regulation of the bio-vessels et al.
- EI&C-distributor (PLC make Siemens S7-300)
- Fully automatic switching unit for controlling the diesel-electric generating set for emergency operation during breakdown
- EI&C installation in the area of bio-vessel, thermo-hydraulics, ORC-Process as well as air ventilation of the diesel-electric generating set
- integration of the existing uninterruptible power system (USP) into the new EI&C distributor
- potential equalisation
- support during commissioning
furthermore PMS provided the documentation for all EI&C distributors as well as commissioning and the optimisation of plant-specific regulation parameters
