Description of Facility: biomass-cogeneration plant consisting of a hot water vessel 6.000 kW and a thermo-oil vessel 5.000 kW incl. ORC turbo generator

Scope of Works: complete planning and engineering of EI&C-equipment for the fully automatic control and regulation of both bio-vessels et al.
- EI&C-distributor (PLC make Siemens S7-300)
- programming and visualization of both vessels as well as the complete thermo hydraulics (software zenOn Runtime 5.5 with storage server, report generator and extended trend as well as pc-anywhere)
- load management of both biomass vessels as well as integration of three existing hot water vessels
- material logistics for the heating of vessel systems with wood chips, sawdust and shavings
- regulation of burning
- regulation of net pumps
- air ventilation of boiler house
- integration of a diesel-electric generating set supplied on-site incl. fully automatic switching unit
furthermore PMS provided the documentation for all EI&C-distributors as well as commissioning and optimisation of the plant-specific regulation parameters
