Reactors

Chemical reactors with static and/ or dynamic internals are produced by ACE in the so-called monowall design for all temperature and pressure classes. In the manufacturing of reactors for the chemical industry ACE uses highly alloyed materials for especially highly corrosive materials such as Titanium, Hastelloy and 254SMO. Plastic and polymer producers appreciate ACE’s knowledge in the treatment of plated reactor materials.
In the petrochemical industry mainly weld claddes reactors in various qualities are used.
