Mechanical Processing

In the year 2005, ACE built an additional hall for mechanical processing on the company area. The building is equipped with cranes with capacities up to 35 tons to permit a fast and easy setting-up of the machines, which guarantees an optimal and economical material flow.

ACE disposes of state-of-the-art CNC lathes and machining centres, drilling and milling machines as well as CNC-deep drilling machines, which render possible the machining of tube sheets until a depth of 1200 mm. The consistent use of CNC-technology permits a high dimensional accuracy of all produced parts. The machines are connected through a DNC-control station in order to achieve an economical production.
